Cork Wedding Photographer
Inish Beg is a beautiful estate in Ireland and is where the wedding here took place. As a Cork wedding photographer, I love picturesque wedding venues, and Inish Beg Estate Wedding meets the mark. The rolling lawns, water views and wooden details make for beautiful pictures. I was so excited when this couple reached out to me for their wedding at this venue. Here are some details about this venue and the wedding that I captured there.
The Venue
Inish Beg Estate is a prestigious wedding venue located in West Cork. This intimate and lovely looking location comprises a large house, several cottages and a beautiful boathouse. It is perfect for both large gatherings and intimate weddings.
You’ll love this beautiful serene setting and the lovely trees. For this wedding, the couple used the boathouse, which had amazing views of the water and surrounding Estate. It gave their wedding a fantastic atmosphere. I also had a great time capturing their wedding day photos at the lovely grounds of this Estate. The results are the wonderful wedding pictures that you can see here.
Getting Ready
I started the day by taking beautiful pictures of the Estate for the wedding album. As a Cork wedding photographer, I’ve come to realize that details like these are important too. Couples want to get beautiful memories of the venue where they tied the knot.
Next, I captured the bride and her ladies as they had their hair and makeup done. I also captured important details like the wedding dress, the bridal shoes and the bouquet. The bride had on a lovely boho chic wedding dress with lace details.
The bridesmaids had on a navy-blue dress with sparkles. Everyone looked fantastic, especially the children members of the wedding party. I then captured a great photo of the bridal party before everyone headed for the ceremony.
The Ceremony
I started the ceremony by capturing guests looking wonderful outside as they waited for the start. They posed for some pictures, and everyone looked happy and excited to be there for the wedding. The groom especially looked lovely in his navy-blue suit, waiting for the bride at the altar.
The bride showed up in a vintage car with her dad looking amazing and signalling the start of this wedding. The children walked down the aisle first to start the ceremony, accompanied by a beautiful harp playing the wedding march. The bridesmaids followed, and then the bride came, escorted by her father.
Soon the ceremony was on the way, and the couple said their vows and exchanged rings. Then they were pronounced married, shared a kiss and walked back up the aisle to the delight of wedding guests. I had a great time doing my duties as a Cork wedding photographer at this ceremony.
The couple then had a meet and greet with guests outside before everyone headed over for Cocktail Hour. After a few minutes exchanging pleasantries with guests, I whisked them and their wedding party away for the wedding day photoshoot.
The Wedding Photoshoot
I had a lovely time capturing this couple and their wedding party of eight for the wedding album. I took separate photos of the groom and groomsmen, then the bride and bridesmaids too. The ladies had a great time sharing a toast to the health of the couple. Then I took lovely personal photos of the bride and groom separately and together.
One of the props I enjoyed using for this couple was the boat, which represented the lovely venue. I also had a great time including their son in the photos; he looked terrific.
I took photos of this couple at various parts of their wedding venue, including the lovely greenhouse and garden. Then it was time for everyone to head back for the wedding reception and party.
The Reception
I loved how fun and relaxed this couple’s wedding reception at Inish Beg Estate was. Everyone had a great time, and there was lots of laughter. The ceremony started with the wedding party dancing in, and they had a great time doing it.
Speeches were read, toasts happened, and soon, it was time for this couples first dance. I really loved this moment because the couple had a live wedding band and so their dance was a lot more intimate. The wedding band was singing to them especially, and they were so lost in the moment. It was so romantic.
Then, it was time for everyone to join the couple on the dancefloor, and we all had a great time. I enjoyed capturing every moment here.
Why I Enjoyed Being a Cork Wedding Photographer at This Celebration
As a Cork wedding photographer, I love it when couples have a great time at their wedding. This was certainly the case for this celebration, and I loved being a part of it. Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day. I wish you both and your beautiful family the very best.
